Josh was very polite and informative and he didn’t rush but he also didn’t play around! He did what he came here to do, check unit and inform if anything was/is wrong, which he did and fixed it once the ok was given. Felt like he had my well being in mind and not just out to make money like some other companies do. Thank you Josh!
