Extremely satisfied with their service. From the first phone to months later needing service and scheduled maintenance. Everyone was courteous and pleasant and made me feel like they cared. Warren arrived today to complete scheduled maintenance. I received a reminder call the day before and a call from him when he was in route. He arrived as stated. Was pleasant and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and addressed my concerns and questions.

My tech, Aaron Brunson, was awesome!! He called and let me know when he would arrive and he was on time for my boiler inspection. My inspection came with bad news but Aaron took the time to sit down with me and show me pictures of my system and explain it all thoroughly. I greatly appreciate the time he took to spend and explain things.

Mike, the HVAC technician from Miller Oil competed our first inspection of our Heat Pump since it was installed. He gave me a full explanation of his thorough checklist finding everything to be in good order. I continue to be very pleased with the installation, service, and communications from this company.
