I was so thankful that Fitz & Sons came to my rescue this evening because my garage door would not close. The technician came within the time he said. Courteous and went straight to work and fixed my door. He came from Norfolk to Newport News. 3 companies I called before would not come at the end of the day. My door opens and closes smoothly. The price was right.

Our installation was on time, quick, professional and well perfect -done to the customer's satisfaction. The service was outstanding and the product impeccable Thank you.

Extremely honest and reasonable! Overall very kind and great work! Shawn came out almost immediately and gave me a VERY reasonable quote to fix our garage door opener. It needed to be completely moved and add bracing. Took very little time and it's working better than it ever has! Thank you very much and hopefully we don't need to call again..but if we do! We will be calling Fitz and Sons.

Mike was very knowledgeable and did great work. He knocked out both of my doors in less than a day and the work was clean. He even took the time to explain everything about the doors and lift with some helpful maintenance tips. His professionalism really stood up out when he did not try to up sale me on items that i did not need. I highly recommend Mace Garage Doors.
