A friend of mine recommended these guys when I urgently needed to find someone to repair a heater at my mom's house. I don't live in that area, but I was able to take care of the problem over the phone. He was able to diagnose the problem with the unit just by me sending him a picture of it and a brief explanation of the problem. The heater was fixed the next day after I called. It has been two month since the heater was fixed, and it didn't give me any problems since then.

When contacted about a new furnace, Alex got right back to me and asked for pictures of the old one. Based on the pictures he was able to determine what was needed and got right back to me with an estimate. Our ducts were old and contained asbestos. Alex was able to get us in contact with a very good environmental company to take care of the ducts with the asbestos. Our old furnace went out during the February cold spell and we were freezing. Alex showed up with two new space heaters which he had purchased himself for us to use. He was always on time and the work was outstanding..
