3 Best Plumbers in San Mateo, CA

I live in Half Moon Bay and needed a new gas water heater. I called Caccia Plumbing in San Mateo to inquire about their pricing and spoke to Zaida who was incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to. Zaida scheduled for someone to come out to assess my water heater within a couple of days and the scheduling process was smooth and simple. Joseph was the technician who came out and he was so professional, knowledgeable, and so great to work with. He took a close look at the water heater and gave me information to allow me to make an informed decision on replacing. He said he would be able to install the new water heater the same day and his colleague, Andrew, came out with all the equipment and they worked together to get everything done quickly, efficiently, and with a great amount of care and attention. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and stress free and the price was right too! I will definitely be using Caccia Plumbing again and will be recommending to others. Jaime Magana and Hector came to install the whole house water filtration system. He was very professional and polite. Before starting working on the project, he makes sure to review the process with me first to ensure we have the same understanding. When there was a discrepancy, he told me not to worry and will clear it with his boss before proceeding. It made me feel valued, easing my concerns, as a customer. The work done was very clean, detail oriented, and came out looking nice and professional. I am very pleased with the job. I was the fourth family to be referred to Caccia and I can see why they were recommended as a referral. Will definitely continue to refer Caccia to other families in the neighborhood.

Service tech Ricky Ronquillo responded out. He recognized me from a service call 6 yrs ago. He went right to work and used every trick of the trade and got my line running again. He never give up! Ricky was a knowledgeable and determined technician. Our shower and bathtub had a difficult clog. I tried a snake, but we had an odd drainage connection that made it very difficult. I had also failed with sulfuric acid. Ricky came out and spent a good 90 minutes working on the drain. In the end he was able to clear the clog.

Austin was great! He arrived one hour after I called and totally fixed the issue. He was super professional and extremely considerate as we had a couple of young kids who were sleeping, and he took the time to oil his machine before clearing the clog to make sure it wasn’t too noisy. Would highly recommend.
