The Smart 72 crew was professional, informative, and very helpful. They were recommended through Home Depot and did a great job with a difficult installation of my new hot water heater. I received courteous service from everyone - including the person who wrote the quote, the people at the scheduling and billing departments, and of course, the installers.

Again, they were reasonable efficient and very professional. The entire crew is outstanding. Our new system was installed and operational in one (1) day! Love these folks.

Steve and his partner work perfectly together and were open to answering any questions we had. The finished product looks great and was back in order within a couple of hours.
