Viglione Heating & Cooling

Lost our heat on Saturday, tech came out within a couple of hours and after he tried several diagnostics, determined that he would have to call the furnace company tech support line on Monday, to diagnose the problem. Had Viglione deliver a couple of space heaters to get us thru the weekend. Major parts were ordered on Monday, covered by warranty, and were shipped and installed a couple of days later. Despite not having heat for a few days, system was shut down for safety reasons, we are very pleased with all of the efforts of the Viglione staff to see that we got our heat back on as quickly and safely as possible. Would have no hesitation in giving them our highest recommendation.

We used Viglione Heating & Cooling when we were building our restaurant a few years ago. They were very professional, courteous, and responsive. We used them again a few weeks ago to undergo a whole HVAC project for our home. Brian and Jeff were very attentive and professional throughout the process of the installation. We appreciate Viglione's courtesy and would recommend them to anyone!

Nick & Yohance installed a new AC and Furnace recently. Could have been more satisfied with their professionalism and efficiency and especially how polite they both were. Excellent service from them both!
