Choice For Hypnosis

It has been over 7 months now since I quit smoking. As much as I loved smoking, I knew I needed to quit. I did have the motivation, which I think is important, but I don't know that I would have been able to successfully quit without the help from Tracey Tullis. In all honesty, I still do want a cigarette, but I don't need a cigarette - and I think that has to do with the hypnosis. I didn't know how I was going to get through it, but I know now that I will never be a smoker again. Tracey is a true hypnotist and spends the time and effort to make sure you are successful. Her expertise along with her manner & calming tone puts you at ease. She prepares you prior to the appointment and follows up with you afterwards because she cares and wants to make sure you are successful. I am considering going back for weight loss now. Highly recommend!

My husband and myself were seen by Tracy together so that we could quit smoking. Tracey was wonderful and continues to check in with us to see how it is going. We are both now one week in being smoke free after being smokers for over 30 years.

I had my first session with Tracey and was beyond impressed with her ability to hone in on the core challenges. She does so in away that keeps you engaged and even motivated to explore those further. She doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, but educates you to learn what you need to hear.
