I can’t say enough good things about Hemet Hypnotherapy. Peg has such a gift that goes much deeper than a quick fix for the anxiety and depression I had been battling. She has continued to carve a pathway of healing for me as each session leaves me with a deeper sense of inner peace and calm. One of the things that makes her so special is her nurturing spirit, she has created a space that allows you to feel safe and yourself, so you can truly release the limiting beliefs through hypnotherapy and change the way you live your life.

I cannot stress enough how amazing Peg is. I'd recommend her to anyone in a heart beat. Granted with any type of therapy, it doesn't happen after one or two sessions. Proper healing takes time and commitment. I have multiple serious trauma I've been working through for over four years with other therapists. It may sound like someone is going to wave a ticking clock infront of your face but that's not how it works. I like to think of it like deep guided meditation catered to the issue/problem/addiction/etc. that you are working through. She helps release the inner wounds you didn't even know were there. Then in 2020, we all know the world came to a pause. She didn't. She continued her sessions via phone and even then she was still able to heal my pain. Even after I moved away she still accepted phone sessions with me. She's helped me in ways other therapists weren't able to.
