All staff are so polite. Loved how treatment was thoroughly explained. Also, she took the time to explain different options. They were not pushy at all. They gave me my time to think about it and made me feel comfortable. Made sure to explain the after treatment care I was to take. Appointments were quick. Loved there cleanliness and how sanitary it was. Thank you for taking care of me.

Very professional and friendly. It was my first time there yesterday and i have to say...my experience was great. The Dr. Explained everything slowly and patiently. I happened to notice that they are bilingual to accommodate to Spanish speakers if needed...that to me shows interest in ALL customers. Im going goin back! Already have my appt.

I love this place very friendly and the nurse explained every option I’m coming back and for the pet that said they didn’t answer they move to another place I just found out this but very reasonable prices thank you girls.

My first time coming to natural elegance beauty MedSpa and it was amazing! The ladies in the front were so welcoming and friendly when I arrived. I got a hydro facial by Karina and the experience was so good! She really makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed during the experience. I immediately see results and can't wait for my next appointment with Karina.

I love it here so much I come almost monthly! I get Botox, laser hair removal, micro needling, facials… everything I’ve had done has been amazing! Everyone there is great from the front desk to the medical assistants to the nurses performing your procedures.

Recently had filler done for my lips and cheeks and Johana was amazing! She explained everything up front and made suggestions on what would look best for my particular concerns. My results are amazing and I will definitely be going back to see her again! Couldn’t recommend Johana and the entire staff at NEB more.

I’ve been going to Tiffany for the past seven years, and I can confidently say she is truly one of a kind. Her talent and dedication to her craft are unmatched. Tiffany has the gentlest touch — it’s like she has the hands of an angel. Every experience with her is not only relaxing but also consistently exceeds all of my expectations. She pays attention to every detail, takes her time, and always ensures that I leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who brings both skill and genuine care into what they do, but Tiffany does exactly that. I can’t recommend her enough — she’s the absolute best at what she does, and I’m so grateful to have found her.

Omg it’s a Retreat within a Retreat! The place is very zen. There’s a secret waiting room you can get a massage while you wait to be seen. The receptionist is so sweet and patient. The nurses are amazing and do a great job of thoroughly explaining the service you request to have. I also really love that the outcomes look really natural.

Amazing office! Very satisfied with my results. The whole staff is very attentive and professional. They do their best to make you relaxed. Tiffany did such a great job to give me what I wanted and needed. She laid out all my options and we discussed the best one for desired results. Tx was very thorough.
