My journey with Adam allowed me to experience highs and lows, sorrow and joy. I was able to see things in my past that I never realized were blocking me and that helped me explain issues I had and apparently was putting more weight in it than necessary and then to discover how to acclimate my past trauma to my present life. To face that trauma and learn to work through it. I was given the tools to help me. Adam gave me reassurances and support as he guided me through the process, as well as, support and a presence thereafter, always checking in with me making sure I was alright or had any questions. This was an eye opening experience, one I am so grateful to have experienced and feel so lucky and blessed that Adam escorted me through this journey. Thank You ever so much Adam for everything! Did coaching with Adam two years ago. He helped guide my next future steps in life with a variety of practices which helped me orient not only my future goals, but coming to meet my future self.
