New Day Hypnotherapy LLC

I recently enjoyed a session at New Day Hypnotherapy with Carol. I found her to be very thorough, compassionate about my comfort, and passionate about her work. Although this was my first hypnotherapy session, it was very relaxing. There had been many stressors in my life lately, so I had been having difficulty getting to that calm place in mediation. Carol helped me to feel very centered and receive many insights during our session. My feeling during and after hypnotherapy is as if a fog was lifted to help me clarify issues and simplify decisions. Thank you, Carol for a very restful and productive experience. I don’t think I have your cell so I am emailing instead of texting. I feel SO good today!!!!!! It is the first day that I have not felt anxious or not myself! This morning went really well and I even got excited because I realized I didn’t need to wear a huge sweater to keep myself warm outside while smoking. I am truly shocked at how good I feel! I have had a few urges but nothing like I felt before and I just breathe and do the tapping. And I have no headaches or the tired feeling like I did before! Thank you so much, this has made a world of difference.
