Mindy Ash Hypnosis Centers

Mindy was recommended to me by a friend who had success becoming a non-smoker. I was happy to find out Mindy does sessions via Zoom as I live in NC. Mindy explained everything during our phone consultation and my session was the following week. Her voice and demeanor are very calming and I found it easy to relax during our session. It’s been 2.5 weeks since I’ve been a nonsmoker now. I have had some cravings and some irritability, but it’s been a lot easier than previous times I’ve tried to quit by other means.

I have been seeing Mindy for my PTSD and childhood trauma for the past few months I’m no longer getting triggered all the time my anxiety has greatly reduced, my marriage has improved and my confidence is the highest it’s been in a long time, I’m sleeping better and living better she has helped me to improve in so many areas in my life as parent, a wife and for my career which is now really taking off thanks to Mindy she's caring & compassionate and amazing at what she does, and has a beautiful relaxing voice.
