I went to see Kathy 14 ears ago after being tiered of being a slave of a cigarette for 18 years. I took 2 hours session of hypnosis because I have tried many different ways to quit and nothing worked… It was the best use of my money ever. I have not smoked for 14 years even through the toughest times of my life . Kathy Moore is an excellent hypnotist and a fantastic hypnosis teacher. As I've compared notes with other hypnotists, I'm often appalled at how their training lacked the depth, breadth, and real-world practice that Kathy's training provided. Whether you are looking for a hypnotist to help you make changes or an expert to study with, Kathy is brilliant.

After exhausting every method of attempting to quit smoking I thought I'd give it one last try. I met with Kathy, and she asked several questions to get a feel of what I needed. After leaving, I felt quite relaxed, but still sceptical because I was still craving nicotine. Luckily the session included a CD that she recommended listening to every night for 30 days. I feel that is the key to successfully quitting. The CD also helps me get to sleep. I ripped it onto my PC, then transferred it to my phone for headphone use. I highly recommend Kathy for smoking cessation. I may return for another non-related session. I believe she truly cares about her customers well being.
