THE EMERGENCY CLINIC ALAMO HEIGHTS REVIEWS

My first visit to the best urgent care in San Antonio. Far far superior to the big Hospital chain ERs like Methodist nearby. NP Vince was thoughtful, thorough, concerned and truly excellent. The entire staff from receptionist to nurses to providers were top notch. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Staff were highly competent and efficient. Dr. Magoon could not have been any nicer. EXCELLENT bedside manner and knowledgeable physician. And the wait time to be seen was less than 10 minutes. I strongly recommend this facility.

Very good place to receive care of 100% treatment. The entire staff,are wonderful. I always go there,when I'm not feeling good. Awesome treatment, I give you 10 stars,for this location.

NEXTCARE URGENT CARE, SAN ANTONIO (FM 78) REVIEWS

I loved the simple check-in process, under 10 minute wait time, and the courtesy of the staff. They prioritized getting me to feel better quickly and even recommended I phone HEB to make sure my prescription was going to be ready, so I could start meds immediately. Timing was awesome.

Walked in and was such an easy process to get an appointment and registered. Randal was great and made sure to easily explain to my child the process of things he was doing and what was going to happen. We were in and out within an hour. Everyone was nice and helpful. Will definitely be back if/when needed.

Highly impressed, barely any wait time, great and very friendly service. Knowledgeable staff. Dr Silva was fast but also took the time to listen to me and my specific symptoms.

Very clean, organized and welcoming atmosphere. Very convenient location to my neighborhood. All the personnel and nurse were very nice and informative. I didn't feel rushed and they gave me very detailed prognosis. I was able to get a same day appointment. They had my prescriptions already forwarded to my pharmacy when I was done. I've already recommended Alamo City clinic to my family.

The staff at Alamo City Urgent Care was amazing. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very polite and helpful. I went there 2 years ago and experienced excellent service also. I recommend this health care facility to all my family and friends. THANK YOU.

The staff is always so great to work with. I had an amazing visit they gave me medication. That’s already helped me. I feel 100% better than yesterday. I love this location and I love the clinic and the staff.
