New Hampshire Hypnosis

I was ready for a change in my life. My weight was too much and I lived an unhealthy lifestyle. I believe that all of my bad habits was purely mental and could be changed with help. I have tried working out, eating healthier, diet plans but they only last months at the most. I heard about hypnosis from a coworker out in NY and how he saw three ladies lose 50+ lbs each and keep it off for years until he left. I finally called David Barron after doing research and watching YouTube videos and was nervous about it. He assured me that he could help and fix my bad habits. Being hypnotized in three 1 hour sessions was typically all everyone needs but if you do need more than that’s covered as part of the fee which is awesome. I went to him on July 22nd of 21 and today is September 16, and I’ve not only lost 25 pounds but my confidence is way up since the first hypnosis and my energy is too! David was extremely professional and supportive. His process had an immediate positive impact on my personal well being. Four weeks into the process and the results are still highly positive. After the very first session I experienced immediate results and benefit. I was skeptical but I also wanted results, which certainly played a part in the success. Change is never easy, but it also doesn't have to be hard. In this case, it was a matter of trust and being receptive and open to change. So for me, the experience was transformational. David was easy to work with and he tried to personalize the experience. I believe that he is sincerely motivated to help people and he is doing the work for all the right reasons. Helping people is where his heart is at. He seems to be able to empathize and relate, since he too struggled with changes long ago. I'm sure everyone's experience and challenges will be unique, but given the obstacles that so many people are up against, it is well worth the small investment in time and money for a therapeutic impact vs losing the battle of cycles of self-sabotage and defeat which have far reaching impacts and cost significantly more than the marginal investment in personal change ever would.
