I am so grateful to have found Amunet. I have suffered with anxiety my entire adult life and have tried multiple methods to work through the anxiety, however nothing worked. I started doing research into releasing trapped emotions and realized that the fastest way to release emotions is through hypnotherapy. I was reluctant at first and not sure about the process. I found Amunet and after chatting with her, I knew if I was going to go the hypnotherapy route, it was going to be with her. After our first session, I had little to no anxiety with certain daily activities. My body never knew what is was to be nervous because it would go from my natural baseline to fight or flight in seconds. After our session, I had feelings of nervousness but not the heart pounding mind numbing anxiety attacks I had previously felt. She is truly amazing. She made me feel comfortable and was nonjudgmental. I highly recommend Amunet to everyone who has tried conventional ways of dealing with childhood traumas or negative emotions.
