The best Indian food in Columbia! Me and my roommate shared the appetizer platter, both got butter chicken, and several orders of garlic and cheese naan. Everything was so incredible and the owner was there to give an explanation for every question we had about the food (he even showed us how to properly eat our meal and was so sweet about it)! Such kind and hospitable people working here, and very attentive. The atmosphere is so fun and cute as well. We really enjoyed the music while we ate! 10/10 recommend!!.

We shared a dish, it was a vegetable curry with chicken added. So for two, with all the rice they give you, you can get full enough but if you're real hungry, this serving size should fill you. They bring out a rice fried "tortilla," and a cilantro chutney and an applebutter appetizer. We obviously enjoyed the cilantro chutney the most. Also pictured is the mozzarella naan bread. It's just like a soft cheese pizza without tomato sauce. I snapped a couple pages out of their menu.

It is quiet and personable inside. I always came here when I was pregnant and craving Indian food. Its just as great not pregnant! Food wasn't too oily and the spice was just right. The garlic Naan is perfect! Mango Lassi was a good pairing with the chicken vindaloo and samosas.

TAJ MAHAL INDIAN CUISINE REVIEWS

Love that this local favorite has moved to Parkade Plaza. Easier parking and access for those not going downtown. Recently I had the Vegetarian Plate and it was awesome! There are always left overs and the naan is baked to perfection. The meal for two I had three weeks earlier was also a great meal that I was still eating four days later and it the spices got even better! I ate inside, but saw many people doing pick up for meals and catering!

Great Indian food taste on point. Also they are not born and raised in America so to some they may seem like poor service but is on point that is the culture so don't feel like they don't care. Also the place is not a dinning place so everything is to go and do not judge the look of the place trust me the food is good the beef curry and garlic cheese Naan is delicious .

I've eaten here about 4 times now. I've never been disappointed. I'd eat here weekly if I could afford it. Prices are a little on the high side for the average person but let's be honest, everything is expensive nowadays. 10/10 recommend.

Best Indian food I've ever had loved it! Great service, too! The woodwork on the tables was beautiful!! The atmosphere was up scale compared to any of the Indian restaurants I've ever been to before! Great place for a date night out with the wife for sure! We will definitely come back for more! I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have lines out the door when everyone in town finds out about the food! I was very impressed!!!.

Great space, great team- our servers were very kind, and the food WOW! So much flavor, we loved ALL the sauces, the chutneys, the samosa chaat- I ordered the vegetable korma for dinner- it was gorgeous! A generous serving, definitely one of the very best Korma Ive ever had. Delicious naan, fabulous drinks.. I can't wait to go back.

Execellent Indian food with a cute robot! I had the chicken 65 and garlic crunch cauliflower and the both were great. I really love the flaky samosas.
