The service is always professional excellent services. No question it's too hard to answer anything and everything that you need regarding our insurance I really really appreciate them I love State farm but most of all I love the ladies and gentlemen in this office. They are very hopeful they just put your mind at ease. Any changes that's coming down they let you know they inform you I just love them they're really really fantastic. I've been with State farm for many many years and these ladies and gentlemen make me feel like I'm family.

If you desire great Customer Service and a great Insurance Agent, go see State Farm agent Melanie Cook or Shannon on Eastern Blvd in Essex. No high pressure to purchase anything. Shannon took the time to compare policies, apples to apples. We came out on top for both Auto & Homeowners policies. Shannon took the time to call and help cancel our other Insurance. If you're looking for a hassle free agent, go see Shannon and agent Melanie Cook. You'll be happy that you did. Jake from State Farm would be impressed.
