The employees here have been the absolute best with customer service and providing their expertise with insurance. I absolutely enjoyed my experience with John when getting my car and renters insurance. He was incredible in simplifying jargons and explaining in detail without getting me confused. They take their time to make sure everything is taken care of appropriately and make sure you have the best rate possible. This is the place where ‘going the extra mile’ is really exemplified. I would say the most defining part of the workers here, though, is their personality. Everyone is treated with respect and as a person. John and his coworker were extremely personable and open-minded to make sure all factors were considered to ensure their customers are well taken care of. Thanks everyone for being amazing and giving me the best experience with something as complicated as insurance!
