I recently worked with Katherine Jordan who was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She was very responsive and definitely more interested in providing accurate information and explaining the advantages and limitations of the policy I was considering than just selling me a policy. She is definitely an asset to FO&A. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend needing insurance assistance.

When Mike presents me with a carrier that he says has quoted the best price, I'm confident that he has done his due diligence and shopped every market available.
