I have been interviewing potential architects to work with as I am trying to get into development. Sean was by far the most knowledgeable out of anyone that I have met as he has tons of experience and is an investor himself. Yes, he is more expensive than others, but if he can help you avoid any unforeseen costs, then it's well worth the additional expense. I will be using Sean in the future for drafts and to be able to help assess best land use for future real estate investments.

Sean met with me to review my home edition project and I found him exceptionally generous with his time and advice and clearly showed a ton of competence in his review of my complex project. ArchitectsMagnus exceeded every hope and dream we had for our new house! We've been back in the house 1.5 years now and we still look around in awe at how perfectly Hector and Pamela Magnus designed every detail of the house. Pam and Hector made game changing design contributions to our home remodel. We wanted to open the front of our house to the patio but were constrained by a structural post. They created a double-slider pocket door that fit inside our living room by just four inches while avoiding a hugely expensive structural beam. And the pocket door wasn't hidden behind a wall, but part of three floor-to-ceiling wall panels of glass. The combination of their creative ideas AND listening skills are exceptional. We are so grateful and excited by the results of our remodel.
