This Geico location is the best in North Carolina! From the moment I stepped into the office, my Customer Service representative Akeia Evans was amazing! She was patient and considerate to all of the concerns and questions I came with. She also worked with me tirelessly to ensure that my insurance policy for my family and I was handled with care. She called the right people and made decisions regarding my policy (with my consent and approval) that was in my best interest. Great insurance company, great rates! I was very happy with Geico. I would like to remind everyone to shop around every time your term is getting ready to expire... I've switched to a competitor to save money. This happens every 6 months or so. The insurance company I'm with can't/won't match their competitor, so I switch and save money while keeping my same benefits/deductibles. It's sad to have to do this but it's the game they set up, so it's the game I have to play. I do highly recommend Geico, though; I'm sure I'll be back.
