We are so happy with the assistance Real Property Management provided to us. Darwin was especially helpful and very quick to respond. They were highly professional and answered all of our questions quickly. Their process was incredibly smooth from start to finish, they offer a very user-friendly renters' portal, and we have absolutely no complaints! I have worked with multiple rental companies previously and this was by far the best experience I have had. They were quick to work with us on any issues we had and were flexible in navigating the process to get our application approved and move forward with lease signing. Great place friendly staff, they answered all questions very little wait time on response. Application process took 3-5 business days very easy and convenient with being able to do online. She responded to my inquiries very timely. 24-hour turn around and with clarity. I truly hope this level of responsiveness continues after closing. So far, so good.

Brianna Sawyer is the person I contact whenever there is an issue. She responds quickly and she does all she can to resolve my issues. She is patient with me because I contact her often but I am satisfied with her help and she also follows up to make sure everything is fine. I really appreciate it Brianna.

AMG returned my call promptly and gave me the information I needed in a very friendly and helpful way. They also had another associate call with additional information that was needed just a few minutes later. I request information frequently from HOA Management companies and AMG was truly a pleasure to work with.

We’ve been working with Jacquline for almost three years. As a first time rental property owner, we didn’t really know what to do or expect. We are so glad that we found Jacquline! She’s knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions and inquiries. She’s great with communication and always responds quickly. She could find a good vendor for anything one might need concerning managing a rental property if you don’t already know one. House cleaning, handyman, lawn service, gutter cleaning, etc. If you like your own vendor, she’s happy to work with them as well! We have had older tenants move out and new ones move in and she made the whole transition very smooth. We are very happy with her help and would recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager!.
