Jared made switching to a new laptop seemless. He was patient with my lack of tech understanding and explained things in my terms. I would HIGHLY recommend using Eugene Networks. I've also had encounters with other employees in the Eugene Networks office and have been pleased with the service I receive. Everyone is professional and they respond quickly to questions or issues my company may be having.

Eugene Networks has been a complete delight for getting corporate projects launched AND COMPLETED! We recently replaced a main production server, and it was a complete non-event for our staff. It really has been great having an IT team that listens and makes quality suggestions for smoothing our processes. They get what so many these days forget: what service and support mean.

Erik and Ask Erik are head and shoulders above the rest - especially when it comes to cyber security. If you want a smart engineer person who can receive requests from sales folks and managers and figure out how to implement, Erik is who you want.
