Lee was OUTSTANDING!!! Professional, personable, helpful. Very easy to work with. Completed everything I needed. It was a lengthy process, however, he kept me informed every step of the way. Asked good questions to help understand what I needed. I would recommend Lee for support to anyone. When I need support from N-Tech again, I will definitely ask for Lee. Bonus - he has a great sense of humor!! WELL DONE LEE. A Big MAHALO!!

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Lee! Lee was patient and did not leave my side until my issue was solved. I had a complex problem, but Mr. Lee did not care, he troubleshooted a few different solutions before finding the answer. Mr. Lee got me to the finish line with an sympathetic bedside manner.
