Raymond is truly a professional who is incredibly thorough and detail-oriented. He consistently communicates to update us regarding the status of all open tickets and follows immediately with any questions or next steps. Additionally, Raymond is consistently available during testing and always jumps in to support with any issues that may arise. Thanks to him, our computer-based testing has run very smoothly from start to finish across all of our schools and during the entirety of the school year.
