Eric was amazing today during our appointment. He showed up quickly, was very knowledgeable and helpful the whole time he was here. He had no problems explaining things in layman terms to me (someone who doesn't have extensive tech knowledge). We are so happy to finally have an IT person that is so attentive and helpful. As the Store Manager of Swift Uniforms, it's important for us to have IT help as quickly as possible.

Our business has been using Down To Earth for years now and we could not be happier with their service. These guys know their business and are super fast to assist with any issues that arise. We also enjoy visiting with them in the office! Super group of guys that work for Down To Earth and I would highly recommend them to any business needing IT support and all the other services they offer!.

Our pharmacy lost internet for almost an entire day due to weather, meaning no phones either. We made the call to DTE and I'm not exaggerating when I say this, they were here within 10 minutes of that call, working to get us back online. Lance and his team set up a Starlink and we were up and running in no time. They are the nicest most professional IT team I have ever worked with and will definitely be using them in the future.
