My company uses CrafTech for all of our IT needs. I don't have the most interaction with them, but i will say this when i do need support my issues are always resolved. Josif is usually the one that helps me out. He is very patient with me as when it comes to tech I turn into a grandpa. He does a diligent job to practice the process of elimination and resolve my issues in a timely manner!

This company is excellent at their services and are very people friendly. CrafTech is extremely accommodating, helpful and informative. They are upfront and will never rip anyone off! Helping me save money on computer costs wins my business. Two thumbs up!!
