Casey found a bug in my system that was preventing my device from saving passwords which prevented me from being able to log into my work email. I am very busy at work and sometimes hard to get in contact with. Blue Jean was very persistent in getting in contact with me t ensure my issue was resolved. I greatly appreciate their customer service.

Quick response and turnaround time!!! Also helped resolve the issue with no assistance from me which freed me up to complete other tasks. I really appreciate the people and support we receive from BJN (Blue Jean Networks)

Both Eliot and Cody were extremely helpful, professional and did what needed to be done to get us back up and running. I would absolutely recommend either of these wonderful guys if you're in a bind. They're very knowledgeable!!
