I am new to Velocity, but have been very impressed. I have received auto reply immediately, but more importantly, I’ve received an actual human reply, also, typically within minutes addressing my direct issue and several times, office-wide, in person to remedy the issue. If they can somehow fix our wifi, I will invest in this company, because it has been extremely problematic for a very long time.
