Honest review. Have used their services for over a year now. While I don't like fees any company you have manage your profit will have them. The costs are no more or less than any other company. The service provided is by far superior. I have never had any issues with tenet, leasing, or maintenance. Everything has been handled efficiently and as the owner of the property I have been kept in the loop with every step of the way. When I had questions on anything I received a quick response and they were handled professionally.

It has been a great experience with renting a home from JoGip Property Management. Communication is excellent, and they are very fast in returning your calls. All maintenance requests are taken care of the next day. I highly recommend renting property from this company.

I have been renting from Hudson since March of 2024. We unfortunately will not be renewing the lease in March due to our commute distance changing but we are so sad to be leaving. They are extremely easy to work with, any questions are always answered, maintenance was prompt whenever we had any issues. The move in process was so easy that I almost thought I was being scammed. We toured, applied, signed our lease, and moved in within a week. Everything was done electronically and our keys and door code were emailed to us. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean. I would/will absolutely rent from them again in the future. Thank you Hudson.

Hildred was an amazing help to me and my roomate both. She was proactive and extremely helpful above all with every step. From information on specific topics regarding the lease we were unfamiliar with, to the lease being approved and signed, she was there to inform and guide us in every step of the process.
