The food was stellar! Perfect temperature, presentation, and flavors! The Birria Ramen, Tonkatsu Black, crispy chicken thighs, and pork charsu bowl were fantastic! Everything tasted great! AVERY was the best! This was our first time and she was patient with us, and pointed out all the good stuff! While the decor was trendy and comfortable, it was a little loud and the music made it difficult to hear. Still, this is a place we are coming back to in the future.

It is easily reachable place. Also accessible to wheelchair. Ample parking is available in free parking lot. Ambiance is really good. Seating available for about 80-90 persons. Has good bar with ample varieties. Food is good but tastes somewhat blond for Asian taste buds. Service is good..

We saw a new place opened, we decided to try it, food was great. Beers were cold. Dessert was good. Everybody was really nice. Our waitress Ai did a great job. Did a great job. Will definitely come back.

HANABI RAMEN & IZAKAYA REVIEWS

I love stopping by with my friends to catch up and get some hearty food! It has a meal for everyone and the seating varies from private to open. My friend got the Curry while I got the Karaage Don, and both were phenomenal. The service was quick, and our servers were incredibly kind. They gave us suggestions since it was our first time. I would totally recommend if you're exploring the Carrollton area.

I came in with my husband and got attended real quick. We ordered our food and my miso ramen was so hot and delicious, the only downside is that it had more cabbage than ramen. My husband ordered chicken teriyaki and he said it was delicious. Overall I would highly recommend and come back.

I went here for the first time with some friends and enjoyed the meal I had, such as the chicken teriyaki, which was very filling with the white rice. The strawberry soda was delicious, too! Great flavors, and I highly recommend it.

ABE JAPANESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

The chicken katsu and steak were both delicious! The katsu was juicy, perfectly fried, and served on a rack to keep it crispy. For the steak, if you usually prefer medium rare, we recommend ordering it rare—the hot plate continues cooking it to the ideal temperature. Our table had a tablet making it easy to browse the menu, place our order, and pay.

Fantastic place for Japanese-style meals. Portions are generous and can easily be shared among three people. The ambiance is wonderful, and each dish showcases unique presentation.

The cheese kimchi katsu and takoyaki were phenomenal. Definitely gonna go back and try other options. Also service was great and were very friendly.
