Blue Ginger

This is one of my absolute favorite sushi spots in SoFlo!!! Highly recommend going after 5 pm and sitting at the sushi boat bar. I LOVE this place because the small plates allow you to sample as many items as you would like. Everything is deliciously fresh and they’ve added some yummy new options to the already amazing selection. I can’t remember the name of the roll, but if they have one topped with avocado and jalapeño, that’s my fave!! The scallops and shrimp stuffed with asparagus were excellent, too.

This was my first time in a Sushi style restaurant....it was pretty crowded, but we got seated pretty quick. The food was really good and we ordered a ton of stuff just to try different things-nothing disappointed me, and when it comes to fish, especially raw stuff I'm very picky.

We decided to sit at the side tables instead of by the sushi conveyer belt. My table ordered quite a lot of food. We enjoyed every dish.
