It was delivered right on time and with exceptional care, arriving in perfect condition. We were so impressed with the attention to detail, the quality, and the outstanding customer service. You can truly see the love and dedication they put into everything they make. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and highly recommend SweetGem Cupcakes for any special occasion! SweetGem's gourmet cupcakes are so delicious and my favorite is the red velvet cupcake. I have tasted a variety of cupcakes from other bakery and I assure you that non comes closer to tasting as delicious as SweetGem Cupcakes.

The name is very fitting. This place is absolutely a sweet gem. Small spot with ready made cupcakes, brownies, fresh croissant and the best brown butter chocolate chip cookies. Coffee and lattes are amazing as well. They do special order cakes if you want to order in advance. Be forewarned... sweet gem is habit forming.

Literally 1 of the best cake I ever had , maybe the best one I ever had , not only beautiful on the outside but so delicious and perfectly made …. Ordering my cakes with Nikki from now on ! Costumer service amazing and you’re dealing with magic hands Nikki directly ! Thank you Nikki.

Love going here when visiting Florida. Chocolate chip cookies are very good. Some items are available mail order. Staff is friendly and helpful.

One of the most professional business owners I’ve ever met. With little to no idea of exactly how I wanted my daughter cake. She helped me to narrow down my final decision by providing pics and examples of her work. I gave her 3 of my daughter favorite colors, and just like that she executed the most beautiful bento box. She communicated effectively and kept me updated. The pick up process was very smooth. Everyone loved the finishing result. I will most definitely be doing business again with her in the future. I highly recommend 10/10.
