Jerry and Jeremy gave me amazing customer service great work at an honest price fixed a black hills gold ring for me yesterday put a new bell on my son's crucifix and gave me a great deal on a necklace. Make no mistake about it - this is a smaller independent jewelry facility. But sometimes David is better than Goliath, and this one of those times. Boils down to that lost art of customer service that so many retail stores have tossed aside. At Madison it’s alive and well and that’s quite evident when you watch Jeremy take care of each and every customer that comes thru the front door regardless of their mission. And old retail “ism” states that anyone can walk thru your front door for any reason. The goal is to have them come back a second time. And that’s exactly what Madison has accomplished.
