The staff was excellent and very helpful! The rooms were clean and the hotel provided Dove soaps and shampoos. The three star was for the location. If you’re from a larger city it was on and off convenient! It however was not located near great restaurants and the area was a bit sketchy. If you have family though that may need medical help there is a hospital very close. I would stay here again if I was passing through Detroit.

I had a grape time at this hotel! It's very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Juanita The front desk staff was so combinating for me when I needed extra towels for my room. The breakfast is really good and I recommend the dinner there Is a restaurant on the grounds so you don't even have to leave! Very close to downtown Detroit, attractions and. It feels very newly renovated. Come check this place out.

This was a basic experience, made outstanding thanks to the consistently positive engagement by the staff. Early morning or late at night, anyone who engaged with me over my week-long stay offered assistance and/or greeted me warmly. They even remembered my preferences. A special shout out to Michael and Monet... they are AWESOME despite pulling double shifts.

This hotel is GREAT rooms are clean and carpet is as well. staff is great as well I will stay here again but if you stay in a room for more than 6-7 days they will make u leave the room and come back for they can clean the room that is a good thing and the gym is not really a gym if u wanna have a good work out then don't go there but for a quick 20-30 minute work out is good breakfast is good they have waffles, coffee, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal. But everything is good 5 star.

Never miss a beat when I come here always smiles when greeted very clean environment Front Desk Always very positive when greeted ( Vanessa) I don't go nowhere else but here when I wanna get away very clean rooms shout-out to the housekeeping as well!!! Ive had no issues here. Thank you.

BEST WESTERN WARREN HOTEL REVIEWS

We were impressed from the beginning to the end of our stay. Front desk staff was great both at check-in and check out. The breakfast lady was awesome and there were several food selections, both hot and cold. The room was exceptional and very clean. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. A bonus: The location was within a mile of our destination. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for a great experience.

Here's the scoop. I didn't stay as a guest so I can't speak to the Price vs Value/Worth aspect. However, I can attest that the parking lot, lobby, halls, elevators and rooms are very, very clean! The host at the reception desk was attentive, professional and courteous. Oh and the (non room connected) bathroom was pristine. The structure appears to be updated and welcoming from both the exterior and interior.

The hotel is very good especially the front desk sad , he is very nice person and very helpful also the kitchen lady abi , she is the most helpful and nice with the guests.
