Nautical Bowls offers a variety of different options of acai and other types of cold treats that are healthy as well as dairy free and gluten free. The bowls are delicious and all vary in terms of pricing which I think is reasonable. I'd gladly go back!
All gluten free and dairy free! I am pumped about that. I don't think I have found my favorite bowl yet, but I am willing to put in the work. Vegetarian options: It should all be vegan besides honey. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Dairy free.
I was urged to get a bowl by a local business colleague, and was not disappointed. The "Nauti" in my uploaded photo from phone is one of their original bowls and was FABULOUS. I just has to take a picture and post a review. Love this vegan nutritiously informed treat shop!
