I had a great experience. Pick up was quick and simple. I was given a free upgrade from a full size sedan to a small suv. On the last day of my rental, my flight was delayed from a 1:00 pm take off until 10:45 pm. I was able to extend my rental for the day through the app. There were no hidden fees on my final bill, it was exactly what I expected

Advanced Limo drove us from Lansing to the Flint airport for my daughter's Make-a-Wish trip. We really appreciated everything they did for us. Matt was our driver and he was very patient with my 5-year-old asking "are we there yet?" multiple times. The limo arrived on time for our early flight and got us there with no problems. The limo was also there to pick us up right on time when we returned. The limo service really added to our special trip.
