I have seen the dental hygentist Maria for my past two cleanings and she is fantastic, very thorough and professional. I enjoy Maria's company and my teeth always feel great when she cleans them. I have also had a couple other hygentists and dentists from the Smile Zone in the past and they are all great at their jobs and make me feel comfortable. The front desk employees are also pleasant people. I also think it is wonderful that even though they no longer accept Delta Dental insurance, they will send them the paperwork so that I will get reimbursed for the covered services. Thank you to everyone at the Smile Zone for all of your services.

I had a great experience. My first time to the dentist in over 10 years. The staff were friendly and explained everything to my understanding. My dental hygienist was great and made sure I was comfortable through the entirety of my visit. The office is neat and clean. It was easy to book an appointment and follow-ups.

Great experience from start to finish! Clean and welcoming office with friendly receptionists, knowledgeable hygienists & dentists. Plenty of parking, easy to find the building. Entrance is easy to access. I came in as a new patient from a previous office & I will not be going anywhere else! Thank you to my Hygienist, Maria & Dr. Schumer! Highly recommend! .

I am so impressed and relieved to have found such a wonderful new dentist. Everyone at this practice treated me like I was family, not a brand new person they had never met. They explain everything, go over the details of your care, the details of cost, and tell you what they’re doing before they’re doing it, which is really important when you have dental anxiety. The kindness, professionalism, and knowledge, will keep me coming back.

My first visit was a very good one. They fit me the day after I called to be seen for a recent problem. The staff is very nice and helpful. Dr. Henry took his time to explain my options to fix the problem.. A very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend tis practice. My cleaning appointment went well. Lots of xrays as a new patient. Dental team is great, professional, caring and patient Still would recommend this practice. You won't be disappointed.

This is the best dental office I have been to in my life! They thoroughly explain any issues, provide advice and options so you feel like you have a say in your care. Top notch!!.

Called for an emergency appointment for a deep cavity + broken tooth on a Thursday, they were able to schedule me for the very next morning & EVERYONE was so incredibly friendly & reassuring. I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, so I wasn’t sure what to expect for my first visit with this office, but ALL of the staff was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to answer my questions & really listen to my concerns. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with better people!.

I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist as I did today. The lovely and efficient Lexie was so kind and generous with her time. Very professional and compassionate. Jada, finance expert, followed suit with her kindness, knowledge and expertise. Dr. Arena was also kind, thorough and excellent. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Albany. Excellence.

Got to Aspend Dental at 8:00 and was called a couple minutes later. They took ex rays of my teeth then brought me to have my teeth cleaned. Got my teeth cleaned and then talked with the Dentist. It was an easy, enjoyable visit.
