Thank you for locating the fault with a non-functional ceiling fan at my mom's house. Josh made my 89-yr-old mother feel at ease, patiently answering our questions. As I wrote in a review a year ago, I'll continue to use 5th Gen as much as I get a chance. Was a great experience. Can't thank Josh enough for working around the obstacles and quickly troubleshooting to keep cost at minimum for us. Clear explanation of what caused problem, and he gave best options for repair, plus fixed on the spot as no parts were needed. Setting up the appt was painless, easy process all the way around and notification came when Josh was en route. Many thanks.

Xavier did a fantastic job on installing my outdoor Ring security cams. He was very professional and explained things clearly on what he was doing. They also installed a ceiling fan in my master bedroom as well. 5th Gen is a top notch company that really crosses their T's and dot's their I's. Very thorough and knowledgeable about everything they do.

Best electricians we have ever worked with. They did electrical work inside the home, changed out some breakers, and helped us with an issue for our pool. Great service, and very reasonable. Thanks.

Wow, I cannot fully express how above and beyond this company/electrician is! My son is obsessed with everything electrical and after helping me to install a new doorbell at our front door, he came up with the brilliant idea that he needed to have a doorbell in his room. I bought him a chime and taught him to splice wires, but was not ready to play with high voltage on our own. My neighbor connected me to BH3, a kind fellow Danny answered the phone and got us an appointment set up asap. Billy showed up and the guy is nothing but class, an absolute professional, and an amazing teacher. He took the better part of an evening patiently showing my sons and our neighbor’s son (6, 7, and 8 years old!!) the step-by-step installation process. The boys got an unforgettable experience and we were just blown away. And now there is a perfectly functioning doorbell that rings a few times every day in our upstairs hallway. Thank you so much, Billy and BH3. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

If you're looking for reliable, trustworthy, and skilled electricians, I can't recommend BH3 enough. Billy came out to assess the electrical issues in my home and did a fantastic job of explaining everything in clear detail, making sure I understood what was going on before he got to work.
