Thank you for taking care of this request for ceiling fan install. Matt and Xavier were professional and at the same time Just nice human beings to have working on my daughters fan. Definitely will use your company again and again as much as I get a chance. Was nice to feel at ease, they were great Also, they don't shortcut. They follow code - checking to confirm ceiling electrical box was rated to hold fan, and are not in a hurry to just get a job done. They carefully put the fan blades & parts all together, asking my daughter's preference when needed, and afterwards explained how to handle if there is any issue with fan.

Outstanding customer service. I needed a three way switch replaced because I failed at replacing it myself, they were here the next day. I was impressed that they wore fancy coverings over there shoes. They even gave my electric panel a once over to check for deficiencies, come to find out one of my breakers are too large for my A/C compressor and overloading it witch make sense because it is making a loud noice when it kicks on.

I was blown away by the customer service, communication throughout the process, and the desire they had for me to understand the details of the quotes. I felt valued as a client and heard when asking questions and seeking understanding. Any electrical needs I have will go through them. Very impressed! Recommending to anyone I know!
