They were here with an hour of calling them and even though it ended up not being an electrical problem for an electrician to fix it was a problem with AEP, our power company. The guy with primary electric that came out here was named Brian and once he realized it was an AEP issue he called them from my house for me had them out here within 10 minutes and even after he left he checked in with me to see how things were going and if they had restored our power yet.. I would say this company or at least this particular employee definitely goes above and beyond for customers I absolutely give them five stars

Brian came to our house to wire/install a new hallway light and to fix a dead outlet in our living room. He was extremely professional and friendly. He communicated with us effectively to see exactly what we wanted, gave us different options with his recommendations, and then got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business and we'll be using them for any and all electrical jobs in the future.

They did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us, if we need an electrician again will definitely be calling them. Friendly, courteous and professional.
