After getting quotes from almost ten plumbers to have a water softener system installed, we ultimately went with Graf and we couldn’t be happier about the service and quality of work. Julie was awesome at getting back to us and setting up an appointment and Johnny did a fantastic job at the install. One thing to note, every other plumber said we couldn’t put the system in the garage because of where the water main was and Johnny was able to do it for even less money than some of the others. I can’t recommend Graf enough! They are great!
Yesterday we had an emergency leak outside our house. City said it was on our side so I needed a plumber. I called two with no answer/response. Graf answered right away and had someone over within 2 hours. Jimmy was very professional and got to work quickly. He resolved the issue with ease and a smile on his face.
