Solaris Electric was INCREDIBLE with their customer service from the first phone call with Cassandra, getting the estimate, getting placed on the schedule same day as our call (we had no A/C) and Richard arriving on time with knowledge, experience and professional expert repair efficiently. Richard’s customer service was excellent! We are very grateful for their kindness, patience and professionalism, and I highly recommend them for any service needed. The Maykol V came within the time frame promised, quickly accessed needed repairs, and was able to give a quote right on the spot, including different options, which was very reasonable in my opinion.
