Was very friendly and honest over the phone. Didn't have what I was looking for and they were friendly and recommended me to someone that had it.

Had flowers delivered as a surprise for my Mom's birthday. My mom ended up going to Winter Park for the weekend, and the weather in town was going to be very cold. Barbara called and offered to deliver once my Mom returned vs. leaving the flowers in the cold. Awesome customer service and everyone is happy!

I live out of state and found Barbara’s Custom Floral on Google. I picked out one of the arrangements online and called to confirm it was received and would be delivered the next day. Barbara did a beautiful job and the arrangement was delivered the next morning. I was very pleased with the service and arrangement. The recipient said the arrangement is fuller than what the picture shows. Thank you!
