We had 1st Choice replace 19 windows with the Anlin Coronado product they sell. We received 5 bids and 1st Choice was our 5th bid. I wish we would have started with them other than the big companies we interviewed first. They beat the other vendors for price substantially and I truly believe we got the best product! The windows have great energy efficiency and the casement is gorgeous. The windows come with a lifetime warranty from Anlin. Darrin and his family did an amazing job at installation and made this construction project efficient and easy. We are extremely pleased with First Choice and their thoroughness and products! We recently used 1st Choice to replace a patio sliding door and they did an incredible job. Their pricing beat many other companies and the quality of door they offered was superior. After talking to Helen we have decided to use 1st Choice Windows and Siding. She took her time to explain the process. We are looking forward to having our home windows and siding repaired after hail damage.

Our home was severely damaged in the May 2024 hailstorm, requiring extensive repairs, including replacement of nearly all the windows. The original windows were wood, custom-stained to complement the internal doors, cabinets, hardwood floors, and other interior trim. This left me dreading the project, fearing that the new windows would never match the existing environment. Thanks to Rob, my concerns were uncalled for. The new windows look fantastic. They match perfectly, and I love the new window hardware. Rob and his crew are conscientious professionals who showed up on time, worked hard, and were very respectful. Each crew member had a demeanor that demonstrated they cared about our home and wanted to do a good job - one they could be proud of. The project was messy for sure, but Rob’s crew worked hard to contain the dirt, then did a nice job of cleaning things up before they left our home.

I am so happy we chose to have Colorado Windows handle our window/sliding door replacement. Robert, Kim, Azura, Jessica and Justin as well as everyone on their crew were a pleasure to work with. They were attentive, responsive, thorough, respectful, timely and efficient. At the end of the project I walked through the house looking at each window with Justin and I know he walked it several times on his own. They cleaned up their mess, made sure our trash cans were picked up by the garbage man (they had to park their trucks in front of them and even returned those garbage cans to the side of the house), they answered all my questions, took off shoes without being asked, removed the hardware for our worn out blinds even though it really wasn’t their job, and helped me move the heavy furniture back into place after their work was completed (also not their responsibility). Robert and his crew were incredibly professional and prompt. Robert even helped me with my insurance company, and help them understand what areas of my house were damaged by a tornado. The windows are amazing quality, they were installed quickly and and easily. The crew themselves, were polite and professional. They all answered my questions as they came up and allowed me to view the work. I have two more windows that I still need to to do. And I'll be calling Robert and Colorado Windows and Restoration for those windows as well. My two next door neighbors used his company as well. And that's how I got the referral.
