John was very professional and fast! I tried calling Pop-a-lock and various other places and no one seemed to want to help me. One place even told me I had to go to the car dealership to get my car key reprogrammed since the auto theft light was on, but he was able to come quickly and fixed my problem in no time.

The owner of this company is GREAT! I have an old house (mid 40s) with old doors and old locks. The mortise lock quit working. One "locksmith" told me to buy a new door and new hardware so "I don't have to stand behind it." Another "locksmith" told me they could send a repair person to the house but wouldn't guarantee that the lock could be repaired. Mr Brents gave me a time that he would be there and arrived early. He assessed the situation and went to work. I now have a repaired lock and two new keys. Plus, a 90 day warranty!! This guy is a true craftsman.

Hard to find a reliable, old school locksmith these days. These guys definitely fill the bill, from old locks to new locks, they can take care of anything you need.
