I ordered replacement windows about 5 weeks ago. I was called last week to set up a time for delivery and installation. We settled on this Monday. They called me at 8 am Monday and said they were on their way. Once they arrived, they remeasured the windows and then started the removal of old windows and installation of new ones. I have 10 windows. They worked efficiently and did a great job with the installation. They cleaned up afterwards and caulked the windows inside and outside. I have beautiful new windows and I'm completely satisfied.
