Adrian, the technician installing my water heater, was on time, great personality, professional, and installed my water heater efficiently and effectively. Adrian answered all my questions and walk me through the new water heater I purchased and what needed to be done to maintain it for longevity. We have used Drain Genie on multiple occasions. This was by far the biggest job they have done for us. They were on time, worked their butts off, explained what and why they were doing what they were doing, never did anything without first checking with us. They did a fantastic job and I would always, always use Drain Genie. Tom, Charles Sr and Charles Jr are the best. Great experience from the beginning! Got an appointment quickly and Tom, my assigned plumber, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly discovered the issue and came back another day to fix it (per my request). Reasonable prices. Highly recommend and plan on using again!
